Ergonomic Assessment

Ergonomics, or the study of how people perform in their workplace, has become a hot topic over the past few years. With more and more people working longer hours and in various places, ergonomics is more important than ever before. Many common injuries can result from poor ergonomics, including:

After performing these evaluations, our specialized kinesiologists make recommendations to enhance your health, prevent injuries, and improve your ability to function at work. This may include stretches, exercises, changes to your desk or other work setups, and other tips regarding daily habits.
